More fun with the American Sentence

You're thinking, "Hey, a sentence is all I get? A 17-syllable one at that?"
It's not as easy as it looks.
It is the American Sentence.

“Buried in warm sheets, he stares at ceiling swirls hoping for clarity.”

A paragraph in 17 syllables! I like how the word "buried" can have more than one meaning!
